Who We Are

We are a Community Based Organization, providing service to labor organizations and associations in the private and public sectors for over sixty (60) years.

LIFE Benefit Plan is an E.R.I.S.A Fund, governed by the U.S Department of Labor and the U.S. Department of Justice. In order to be compliant, we annually file a 5500 form and submit it to Department of Labor audits as well as filings under the Internal Revenue Code.

By purchasing in quantity we are able to provide competitive rates for members. We also have been working with President Obama’s Health Care Reform and are one of the very few who possess a waiver of compliance to the Affordable Care Act.

We hire within the community and take pride in the personal service given to members. For instance, when a member has a problem they will have a cell and office number to a Field Representative (H.I.P.P.A certified) and can call at any time. The Field Representative will visit them at their job or home location if needed. That’s a little different than pushing buttons and trying to reach someone in their hour of need.
